RobSorrenti offers photography mentorship sessions, portfolio development consultations, and creative workshops for aspiring visual artists. All services are delivered in person or via agreed digital channels. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in a separate service agreement provided before commencement.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking or registering for services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
All content provided during mentorship or workshops, including course materials, guides, and sample images, remains the intellectual property of RobSorrenti unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participants retain ownership of their own work created during sessions, but grant RobSorrenti a non-exclusive license to use such work for promotional purposes with attribution.
RobSorrenti provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobSorrenti disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. In no event shall RobSorrenti be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including loss of data or missed opportunities.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. RobSorrenti reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform or services if a user violates these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and return any materials provided.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
